Office Manager

Straight Set Orthodontics is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Office Manager to lead daily operations at our New Hyde Park location. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and support all front office and clinical team members in New Hyde Park. Culture & Environment: Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused office culture while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment. Operations & Compliance: Establish, implement, and enforce healthcare policies and standard operational procedures. Performance Management: Conduct and document monthly performance reviews; develop and execute onboarding, training, and development plans for new team members. Financial & Inventory Control: Manage inventory, track operational expenses, and handle the processing/paying of operational bills. Daily Management: Oversee patient flow, scheduling/forecasting, doctor schedules, and daily problem-solving to ensure a seamless patient experience. Qualifications Management Experience: Minimum of 1 year of management experience ( required ). Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dental or orthodontic office management experience ( required ). Customer Service: Proven track record in a high-level customer service environment ( required ). Leadership Style: Ability to lead with accountability, empathy, and confidence.
