Organization - Hotel Saint Augustine, Bunkhouse Hotels Perseid Restaurant seeks an enthusiastic Line Cook to join the team! This role will be collaborating closely with the broader Food & Beverage operations team. The Role The Line Cook is responsible for executing high‑quality dishes, ensuring consistency, precision, and exceptional presentation. This role prepares menu items to specification, maintains a clean and organized workstation, and collaborates closely with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations. The Line Cook follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines and contributes to an elevated dining experience for restaurant and hotel guests. Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision. Qualifications Two (2) years related experience in hospitality or service industry Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Strong knife skills or willingness to learn Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Full availability for a flexible schedule, with preferred flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
