Formulation Technician II (12hr days or 12hr nights; 2-2-3 rotation schedule)

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Formulation Technician II to produce sterile injectable pharmaceuticals in a cGMP-regulated cleanroom environment. The role involves aseptic manufacturing, equipment operation, batch documentation, and quality assurance on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture pharmaceutical products in strict compliance with SOPs and current cGMP regulations
• Verify and document production activities in batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms
• Perform aseptic filling operations including line changeovers, filter integrity testing, autoclave operation, and isolator use
• Troubleshoot equipment alarms and perform cleanroom maintenance and material handling tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or lab experience
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in team settings
• Basic math skills and strong verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail and capacity to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Preferred: prior cGMP environment experience
