Formulation Technician II (12hr nights, 2-2-3 rotation)

Formulation Technician II position in pharmaceutical manufacturing at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Greenville, NC facility. Operates classified environments and filling equipment for aseptic pharmaceutical production under cGMP standards on a 12-hour night shift rotation (6pm-6am).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain classified manufacturing environments and filling equipment
• Ensure pharmaceutical production complies with SOPs and current cGMP regulations
• Document manufacturing activities in batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms
• Perform aseptic filling tasks including area cleaning, line changeovers, autoclave operation, and filter integrity testing
• Troubleshoot equipment alarms and perform general material handling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or lab experience
• Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience in cGMP environment preferred
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
