Formulation Technician II (12hr days, 2-2-3 rotation)

Formulation Technician II at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Greenville, North Carolina, supporting aseptic and non-aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Position operates on a 12-hour shift rotation (2-2-3 schedule, 6am-6pm) within a controlled cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture pharmaceutical products per area SOPs and current cGMP standards
• Verify and document production activities in batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms
• Operate aseptic filling equipment including isolators, autoclaves, and parts washers
• Perform filter integrity testing, parts preparation, tray loading, and general material handling
• Troubleshoot equipment alarms and serve as designated trainer or certified subject matter expert

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or lab experience
• Proficiency in basic math and attention to detail
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical capability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly, occasionally over 100 pounds
• cGMP environment experience preferred
