Formulation Technician II (12hr nights, 2-2-3 rotation)

Responsibilities
- Operate filling isolators, autoclaves, parts washers, and filtration equipment
- Perform cleaning, parts preparation, filter integrity testing, and tray loading
- Document production activities in batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms
- Troubleshoot equipment alarms and support aseptic/non-aseptic manufacturing areas
- Serve as designated trainer and subject matter expert for team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cGMP standards
- Cleanroom protocol compliance and adherence to safety standards
- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing or aseptic filling operations
