Formulation Technician II (12 hr days, A shift, 2-2-3)

Formulation Technician II sets up, operates, and maintains classified environments and pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment at a sterile injectable production facility. The role involves equipment operation, batch record documentation, and cleanroom maintenance on a rotating 12-hour day shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain aseptic manufacturing equipment including fillers, cappers, freeze dryers, and vial washers
- Verify and document production activities in batch records and controlled forms per GMP
- Perform assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting of area manufacturing equipment
- Maintain and clean classified areas including aseptic core environments
- Assist with equipment validation and support new employee training
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory work experience
- Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
- GMP and cleanroom protocol compliance capability
- Ability to stand for full 12-hour shifts
