I'm partnering with a publicly traded global financial services organization seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team. This is a highly visible role supporting SEC reporting, external financial disclosures, Board and Audit Committee reporting, investor communications, and enterprise-wide financial analysis. The position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives, including the adoption of AI and automation tools within finance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and support quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, earnings releases) Assist with Board, Audit Committee, and investor reporting materials Support monthly and quarterly management reporting and budgeting processes Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX requirements Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, and external auditors Drive reporting efficiencies and continuous process improvements Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm preferred) Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting knowledge Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Financial services experience is a plus but not required This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition from public accounting into a high-profile corporate reporting role with a well-established public company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Recruiting Resources, Inc.
