In this multi‑tasking and collaborative role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, coordinating construction projects, and ensuring communication flows smoothly between field teams, vendors, and clients. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. IN AN ACCOUNTING CLERK JOB YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Enter invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions into QuickBooks. Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records when required. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Proficiency in QuickBooks for entering financial transactions, invoicing, and maintaining accounting records. Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
