Aerotek is seeking Pharmaceutical Package Operators for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, overtime, and excellent benefits.

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday-Friday

• Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

• Weekend overtime required

?? Job Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, and package finished pharmaceutical products

• Operate automated production and packaging equipment

• Prepare products for shipping and distribution

• Complete production records and batch documentation accurately

• Perform quality checks to ensure product compliance

• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Wear required PPE, including scrubs, gloves, and hairnets

• Support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

?? Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of production, packaging, or manufacturing experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions

• Experience completing production documentation accurately

• Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

? Preferred Skills

• Pharmaceutical, food, or beverage manufacturing experience

• Experience operating packaging or production machinery

• Knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing processes

• Experience with batch records and production documentation

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
