This opportunity is part of the firm's plan for growth and the strengthening of the public tax side of business. They are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to oversee a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Senior Tax Manager will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. This firm offers a wonderful culture, work/life balance, generous compensation and benefit package with unlimited room for growth for the perfect incoming Senior Tax Manager.Performance Expectations for the Senior Tax Manager:Oversee and train a team of highly motivated staff accountants/tax accountantsProvide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clientsOversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industriesMaintain strong relationships with clientsBe a hands-on leaderExperience/Qualifications for the Senior Tax Manager:Bachelor of Science degree in AccountingMaster of Taxation or EA required10+ years of experience in public accountingSignificant client facing responsibilityMust have strong leadership skillsStrong tax review experienceA book of business is a plus!Compensation for the Senior Tax Manager:401k plan (with match)Health, dental, & vision insurancePTO and paid holidaysQuick interview process
