Marketing Analytics Manager

Deliver comprehensive performance insights to empower both national executives and local field teams with actionable market data. Evaluate customer behavior across web, email, and SMS channels to optimize the overall digital journey. Translate complex data sets into compelling narratives that guide strategic decision-making for marketing and customer experience teams. Collaborate with IT and platform owners to ensure data integrity and seamless integration across enterprise CRM and analytics systems. Leverage AI-driven analytics and pattern detection to generate rigorous, business-relevant recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Five or more years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or business intelligence. Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation platforms, and AI-supported insight generation to be considered. Demonstrated expertise in building dashboards, visualizing data, and communicating performance metrics to diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to interpret customer behavior across digital channels and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
