At Home Genius Exteriors, our Appointment Experience Specialists ensure every scheduled opportunity is confirmed, prepared, and positioned for success.
In this fully remote role, you'll connect with homeowners, answer questions, address concerns, and build excitement for their upcoming appointment.
What You'll Do
- Confirm appointments through outbound calls and texts.
- Prepare homeowners for their scheduled appointments.
- Address questions, concerns, and cancellation requests.
- Re-engage canceled or missed appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Partner with appointment setters and sales teams.
- Meet performance goals for confirmations, saves, and completed appointments.
