Employee Experience Specialist

Supporting employee engagement initiatives, the fully remote Employee Experience Specialist will assist with onboarding, conduct focus groups, and promote company culture while ensuring a positive experience for new hires. Key responsibilities Assist with onboarding new hires and integrating them into the company culture Conduct focus groups to gather employee feedback and shape engagement efforts Manage and deliver New Hire Orientation and presentation materials Required qualifications Experience in human resources or employee engagement roles Proficiency in data tracking and maintaining class lists Ability to conduct focus groups and analyze feedback Strong understanding of onboarding processes and employee lifecycle Knowledge of company culture promotion and employee recognition programs
