Sales Manager

Description Structure Hospitality is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our Comfort Inn Bozeman property. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and making a measurable impact on hotel performance. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a proactive hotel sales strategy.
• Grow Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) accounts and room-night production.
• Prospect and develop new corporate, group, government, construction, medical, sports, and local accounts.
• Conduct regular outside sales calls and community networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local businesses.
• Monitor market and STR performance and identify opportunities to increase market share.
• Work closely with the General Manager and hotel team to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, account information, and follow-up.
• Represent the hotel professionally within the local community. Qualifications • Previous hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with proactive prospecting.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales and revenue concepts.
• Organized, accountable, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hotel leadership.
