Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity

Opportunity Highlights

• Night shift 5 pm to 6:30 am, 7-10 minimum shifts per month
• Pediatric Cardiac ICU dual role outpatient and/or inpatient
• Post operative patients including neonatal surgeries as well as VAD and potentially heart transplant patients. In house cardiac ICU physician coverage overnight.
• Facility credentialing managed by client. Must obtain required licensure from the State of Oklahoma within 30 days after offer of employment. Must have prescriptive authority within 6 months of hire.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• CPR certification and Advanced Life Support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS) obtain within 90 days of employment. Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association. Some positions may require certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC and/or the AANP or PNCB, OR Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certification through the NCC.
• Active RN and APRN license in State of Oklahoma. Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
