Lead the Way as General Manager Cannabis Dispensary

What You'll Do As the General Manager, youll be at the heart of our dispensarys operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, compliance, and customer service.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a diverse team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensuring adherence to all state and local cannabis regulations.
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Creating and maintaining a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.
- Collaborating with leadership to develop strategies for success.
Were seeking a motivated individual who brings experience, leadership, and a customer-first mindset to the table. To be successful in this role, youll need:
- At least 3 years of management experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
- A strong understanding of cannabis regulations and compliance (or a willingness to learn).
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
