Description Sous Chef Join our dynamic culinary team as a Sous Chef, where your expertise and leadership will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about food quality, team collaboration, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff Ensure the consistent quality of food and service in accordance with restaurant standards Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, including equipment and utensils Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Support inventory management, including stock control and ordering supplies Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient team Provide input in weekly specials and events Ensure there is proper communication with BOH, FOH and customers as needed Help in building schedule, managing labor and food cost Other job duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks Good communication and interpersonal skills Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends We pride ourselves on fostering a positive, innovative, and growth-oriented work environment.
