Bilingual Outreach & Enrollment Navigator - Mobile Clinic

Northwest Human Services, Inc. is seeking an Eligibility, Enrollment, and Outreach Specialist to assist individuals with understanding health insurance options, applying for OHP, and connecting them with community resources. The role includes travel with our Mobile Healthcare Unit to rural communities to provide enrollment assistance and navigation services. This full-time position at the West Salem Clinic supports NWHS’s mission to remove barriers to care, uphold equity, and deliver #J-18808-Ljbffr
