**Red Hook, Brooklyn Waterfront**
We are seeking talented, hardworking hospitality professionals to join our growing culinary team at one of Brooklyn's most unique waterfront destinations.**Line Cooks**
* Execute menu items consistently and efficiently* Maintain station organization and cleanliness
* Follow recipes and preparation standards
* Work collaboratively with the culinary team during high-volume service
* Uphold all food safety and sanitation requirements
### Qualifications
* Prior restaurant experience preferred (required for Sous Chef and Cook positions)* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Positive attitude and team-first mentality
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
* Weekend and holiday availability preferred
