This opportunity offers the chance to support various departments with compensation needs, providing analytical insights, and maintaining positive relationships across the organization. This position is required to be onsite for the first 30 days of employment and then will adapt to a hybrid model. Responsibilities Assessing and responding to transactional requests, including determining eligibility for various pay types and ensuring compliance with policies. Conducting thorough analysis, collecting relevant data, and offering recommendations aligned with the city's philosophy and departmental objectives. Delivering HR findings directly to departments and offering guidance for the implementation of compensation actions. Performing benchmarking analysis and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. Qualifications/Background Profile Bachelor's degree in relevant field 3+ years of professional experience in human resource management / compensation Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite programs Sparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
