As a licensed therapist within Life Edge Counseling Services, you will primarily work remotely, but will also have access to our outpatient office facilities in Gaithersburg, Maryland when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy services tailored to the unique needs of clients seeking outpatient care.

• Conduct thorough assessments including interviews and questionnaires to accurately understand clients' relational and mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse client base, engaging with adults as well as children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Our outpatient services particularly focus on issues such as marital conflicts, family dynamics, communication barriers, and individual mental health conditions, all of which require a tailored therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
