WHAT YOU’LL DO:

✔ Lead and support nursing staff

✔ Oversee resident care & clinical operations

✔ Ensure quality, safety, and compliance

✔ Conduct rounds and assess resident needs

✔ Coordinate with physicians & care teams

✔ Drive excellence in wound care and outcomes

WHAT YOU NEED:

✔ Active RN license (required)

✔ 2+ years nursing experience

✔ 1+ year supervisory experience

✔ Long-term care experience (preferred)

✔ Strong leadership & organizational skills
