Certifications: - Required: AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, AHA NIH or Red Cross Certifications - Preferred: PALS (if working in a pediatric unit) Must-Have: Willingness to float to other units and facilities. Description: This is an opportunity for a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit. The unit provides complex monitoring and treatment for adult patients. Nurses are expected to demonstrate a high level of professional competency. The nursing team collaborates with all disciplines of the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. We are committed to making the patient experience pleasant and comfortable in a safe and secure environment. Candidates should possess an associate degree in nursing. A minimum of 2 years of recent experience under the highest level of professional license is required. Knowledge of critical care nursing practices and the ability to work in high-stress situations is essential. The position requires holidays and every other weekend shifts as needed.
