Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Join a well-established, friendly orthopedic practice in the Chicago suburbs as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant supporting increasing clinical volume across two locations. Position Highlights: Full-time opportunity across two practice locations Schedule : Monday through Friday with one weekend a month which would include a half day clinic 12-4 on Saturday after rounds at the hospital and then rounding Sunday if needed Collaborate closely with Orthopedic Surgeons specializing in spine, shoulder, and total joint surgery First assist in spine, shoulder, and total joint procedures Perform patient evaluations, H&Ps, and review lab results Manage pre- and post-operative care and follow-up visits Provide casting, consultations, and patient education Round in local hospitals Attend local sporting events as needed Work in a fast-paced, collaborative practice environment Qualifications: NCCA certified or eligible Strong clinical and surgical skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary of $90K $125K+, based on experience Higher compensation may be available for candidates with extensive orthopedic experience Patient-volume-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) plan CME allowance 3 weeks of vacation Location & Lifestyle: Enjoy the best of suburban Chicago living, with a welcoming community atmosphere, highly regarded schools, and convenient access to the world-class dining, shopping, entertainment, cultural attractions, and professional opportunities of the Chicago metropolitan area.
