About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead the development and execution of global HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration, and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. This role involves providing visionary leadership to the HR team, collaborating with executive leadership on strategic planning, and overseeing HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance across international operations. Key responsibilities for the Head of HR include providing strategic HR guidance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruitment processes. The role also requires the design and administration of competitive benefits packages, the use of HR metrics and analytics for data-driven decision-making, and the execution of performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of HR leadership experience in high-impact, fast-paced organizations. Strong knowledge of HR principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are essential.
