Staffing Coordinator

Position Summary

Acts as coordinator for the Nursing Office and provides administrative support to the Nursing Office by performing secretarial duties and project based work. In addition is responsible for assessing staffing needs and coordinating nursing staff to provide continuity of care on all shifts.

Telephone etiquette, organizational skills, ability to adjust and deal effectively with frequent interruptions and workload, extremely flexible, competent use of Microsoft applications, ability to function independently and ability to problem-solve effectively, effective communication skills.

Previous staffing and scheduling knowledge
