Performs renovations, repairs and maintenance of all facets for buildings, to include grounds maintenance, new construction, renovations, preventative maintenance and inspections, provide emergency response including on call to provide a continuous safe environment, efficient and effective operation of the buildings and home throughout the campus. Qualifications Maintenance Specialist II qualifications include: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Formal education in building maintenance or trades. 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent experience and education Valid driver’s license. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints/schematics and system operations manuals of all building equipment and systems. Proper use of hand tools and basic power tools. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
