Requires 6-8 years of TxDOT Roadway Design experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong design skills (ORD preferred but not required). The job Lead and oversee roadway design projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project scope and timelines. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for existing client relationships. Manage project workloads, coordinating with technical staff. Conduct engineering analyses and detailed design work, applying expertise in TxDOT Roadway Design. Review and refine engineering plans and specifications, maintaining quality and compliance standards. Utilize AutoCAD for design work, with ORD preferred but not required. No business development responsibilities, focusing exclusively on delivering high-impact, technically complex projects. What are they looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas. 6+ years of experience in TxDOT Roadway Design. AutoCAD essential, ORD preferred but not required. What’s in it for you?
