Assistant Maintenance Manager

Overseeing maintenance operations at a single site, the full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager will ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance while supporting team development and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and achieve key performance indicators Supervise maintenance technicians, providing coaching and development opportunities to foster a collaborative team environment Required Qualifications 3+ years of management experience overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required Technical certification in maintenance management or reliability is preferred Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field is preferred or 5+ years of relevant management experience
