Work Environment

This position is remote, allowing flexibility in your working environment while providing crucial services to students. You will collaborate with educational staff, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support systems for students’ mental health needs. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical social worker, addressing the needs of assigned clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to assess client needs, following up with detailed assessments when necessary.
• Create and implement integrated care plans for students, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources.
• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on empowering clients to make informed choices about their mental health.
• Participate actively in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and parents to discuss student progress and interventions.
• Monitor client caseloads, with a focus on providing timely and appropriate treatment tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate crisis intervention efforts, intervening as required to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintain ethical standards as defined by professional guidelines and Radiant Family Relations Counseling's code of conduct.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents within school settings, who may face a range of challenges, including behavioral concerns, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your interactions will not only address existing mental health needs but also work proactively to create a preventive care framework that supports the overall well-being of youth in the community.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field, and a valid LCSW license is required. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to build trust with clients, and a commitment to delivering culturally competent care.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical social work is required, specifically in settings that involve working with youth. Experience conducting therapy in an educational environment or navigating school systems will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health and crisis intervention strategies is also valuable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
