Work Environment

This remote position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work-from-home setup while allowing you to serve our client base in a school environment. Our organization provides therapists with access to a fully-equipped professional home office setup, including the necessary technology, an efficient Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, and billing services that alleviate administrative burdens. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate individual therapy and couples counseling to clients of all ages, adapting to their unique needs and circumstances.
• Completing timely documentation of all sessions and ensuring accurate record-keeping, utilizing our EMR system.
• Managing scheduling for ongoing appointments and clear communication with clients regarding their therapy journey.
• Leveraging our billing service to handle claims, client accounts receivable, and eligibility checks, which will allow you to focus on providing high-quality care.
• Using your clinical skills to assess and address various mental health issues, ensuring effective treatment plans for all client presentations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your work will be with students and their families, navigating the challenges that arise during formative years. Our client population encompasses diverse backgrounds, presenting a mixture of mental health concerns, personal challenges, and relationship dynamics. You will be instrumental in working alongside educators and parents to provide integrative support tailored to the needs of each child and family.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice independently.
• Strong professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and self-motivation.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy.
• A robust understanding of school-based mental health practices and engagement strategies.
• Experience working effectively with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a bonus structure. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
