HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $18/hr. - $23/hr. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). Mandatory overtime may be required as needed. This position includes a competitive benefits package. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits. $2,000 Sign-on Bonus (details provided during interview) What You Will Do Perform a variety of complex production and assembly processes by following assembly work instructions Operate various production assembly machines, and may use hand tools to assemble products Use basic test equipment to make routine mechanical measurements, and to replace faulty components and wiring as needed Visually inspect parts to quality standards as described in the quality system, communicating any problems which arise to the supervisor/lead person Pack finished product as set forth by work instruction, including instructional sheets and any necessary hardware What we require High school diploma or equivalent SAP experience Computer proficiency Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
