Description Program Coordinator | Req #78814 Hybrid Join our Department of Critical Care and play a key role in supporting the education and development of future healthcare professionals. As aProgram Coordinator, you'll manage the operational rhythm behind critical care education, partnering with physician leaders, program teams, and learners to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively. In This Role, You Will Coordinate ICU schedules for medical students, interns, and residents Collaborate with Internal Medicine and Emergency Department leaders, residency and fellowship coordinators, and program management Plan and organize Critical Care Grand Rounds and departmental educational programs Support Critical Care Education Governance Council meetings and related initiatives Maintain and update educational platforms, including Canvas and SharePoint Assist the Vice Chair of Education with evaluations, reporting, and new educational initiatives Serve as a key point of contact for faculty, learners, vendors, and other stakeholders This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, collaborative professional who enjoys managing complex logistics, building relationships, and contributing to innovative medical education programs that make a lasting impact. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred. License/Certifications:Driver's license may be required based on department business need. Experience: One year of experience in healthcare or related work experience required.
