Bilingual Legal Receptionist/Assistant

Job Description

Our client, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free, high-quality legal services in civil matters, currently has a wonderful opportunity available! This role is working for a fabulous organization and dynamic team!

Bilingual (fluent in Spanish/English) Receptionist/Intake Coordinator position available on a long term temporary basis with potential for temp-to direct hire (fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm). Primary day-to-day tasks will be focused on answering busy telephone lines, routing calls, taking detailed messages, assisting callers, and scheduling appointments. You would also be assisting clients (some fluent Spanish speakers) with checking in for their appointments, explaining intake paperwork to new clients, assisting clients with the completion of intake forms and collection of additional documents. You would also be responsible for notifying the attorney’s when their clients arrive and assisting with other clerical/administrative tasks such as scanning, copying and filing confidential documents, and other office related functions as well.
