Retail Associate Manager

Job Overview At T‑Mobile, the Retail Associate Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead the store team and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities Infuse Mobile Experts with a passion for T‑Mobile’s Manifesto and ensure a customer‑centric culture. Ensure every customer’s needs are met, breaking down pain points and creating a comfortable, simple experience. Observe Mobile Experts’ interactions, provide feedback, and coach them to improve performance. Manage customer wait times and stay current on product, service, and promotion information. Lead by example, stay up to date with latest products, services, trainings, and leadership best practices. Maintain store visual displays, devices, and the overall environment in accordance with national standards. Ensure team knowledge of store systems, corporate communications, and drive key performance indicators. Deliver financial results, manage and control store expenses, discounting, and credits. Education High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Communication – Required Leadership – Required Store Operations – Required Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel No travel required. DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Salary Target cash pay range: $57,600 - $96,000. Base pay range: $43,200 - $72,000.
