Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
- Perform 2 or 3way match
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Prepare payments (ACH, check, credit card)
- Maintain organized AP files and assist with monthend
- Work with internal teams to resolve invoice/purchase questions
- Support reporting, audit requests, and AP process improvements
- Accounts Payable or accounting support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel proficiency (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Experience with accounting systems
- Clear communication skills and customerservice mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fastmoving environment
