Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 annually

A growing organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor communications, and payment accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
- Perform 2‑ or 3‑way match
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Prepare payments (ACH, check, credit card)
- Maintain organized AP files and assist with month‑end
- Work with internal teams to resolve invoice/purchase questions
- Support reporting, audit requests, and AP process improvements
- Accounts Payable or accounting support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel proficiency (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Experience with accounting systems
- Clear communication skills and customer‑service mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
