Centralized Accounts Payable Clerk

Centralized Accounts Payable Clerk Morgan Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support a centralized accounting team serving multiple dealership locations, located in Tampa, Florida. This role focuses on high-volume invoice processing, workflow management, and payment execution using systems such as Yooz and Corpay.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices through an automated AP system (Yooz), including coding and PO matching
Route invoices for approval and follow up to ensure timely processing
Assist with weekly payment runs using Corpay
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and support month-end close activities
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment status
Qualifications
2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience (dealership experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines
Experience with AP automation tools and/or electronic payment systems preferred
Experience with Yooz, Corpay, or similar tools preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems
