Pay Rate Pay Rate: $12.15/hr + Tip Eligible Location Location: Chase Field Phoenix, AZ Schedule Schedule: This position requires flexibility. You can expect a mix of evenings, weekends, holidays, and event‑driven shifts throughout the year. Job Summary Join the excitement of game days and events at the iconic Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Concessions team and help deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests. Adhere to state, federal, and Levy Responsible Alcohol Service regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to all guests. Prepare and stock bar areas with all products including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, etc. Maintain stocks, prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. Communicate special requests, allergens, or modifications to appropriate kitchen or serving staff. Distribute menus, present daily specials, and answer menu‑related questions from guests. Take accurate beverage orders and ensure beverages are served in a timely manner. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu and available products. Prepare guest checks, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions; adhere to Levy Payment Integrity Policy. Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements. Complete required production logs, safety and sanitation logs, waste/spoilage logs, inventory logs, check‑in/check‑out procedures daily. Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, daily and monthly inventory. Collaborate with the management team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations, and timely service. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively. Proficient in mixology, with the ability to prepare a variety of classic and custom cocktails; knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and alcohol types. Ability to operate point‑of‑sale systems and handle cash. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements. Possessing valid certifications: ServSafe Alcohol Certification and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry. 2+ years of bartender experience preferred. Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6‑12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary. Frequently required to use fingers and hands to pour drinks and operate equipment. Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
