As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our company. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our resume writing and career coaching services Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Utilize various sales techniques to generate leads and close sales Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ offerings to identify new business opportunities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients in a timely and professional manner Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of the resume writing and career coaching industry is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Why Work for Us?
