Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to monitor fragrance, beauty, personal care, home, and lifestyle launches, trends, and innovations; maintain and organize relevant internal databases and resources.

Job Purpose:

• Support the Marketing team across client projects, fragrance programs, market intelligence, and internal initiatives.
• The Marketing Coordinator will help keep the team connected to what is happening in fragrance, beauty, retail, and culture-tracking competitive activity, identifying emerging trends, organizing market intelligence, and translating insights into compelling fragrance stories.
• This role is ideal for someone who is highly curious, organized, and passionate about brands, products, and consumer trends.
• You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Perfumery, and Evaluation to help ensure fragrance concepts are trend-aware, strategically relevant, consumer-focused, and beautifully brought to life.
• Marketplace Management & Competitive Intelligence
• Monitor fragrance, beauty, personal care, home, and lifestyle launches, trends, and innovations; maintain and organize relevant internal databases and resources.
• Stay close to the marketplace through retail visits, online research, social media, trend platforms, and industry publications.
• Track emerging consumer behaviors, cultural movements, ingredient and olfactive trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for fragrance development.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to gather, organize, and share market insights.
• Support Marketing, Sales, Evaluation, and Perfumery by synthesizing competitive intelligence, consumer insights, and market trends into clear, actionable takeaways.
• Purchase, catalog, and organize new product launches and competitive products for internal review and evaluation.
• Maintain competitive fragrance libraries and ensure new launches and relevant market examples are properly documented and accessible.
• Create and communicate engaging product, trend, fragrance, and culture-driven newsletters and market updates for the US market.
• Help identify and communicate emerging trends across fragrance, beauty, personal care, home, retail, and social culture.
• Marketing & Client Support
• Support the development of client presentations and fragrance programs through research, competitive analysis, concept development, trend identification, brainstorming, and final execution.
• Help translate market and consumer insights into compelling fragrance concepts, storytelling, and presentation materials.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Perfumery, Evaluation, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and timely project execution.
• Support fragrance sample coordination, including requesting, tracking, organizing, and preparing samples for client meetings, presentations, and internal reviews.
• Help prepare materials for client meetings, trend presentations, and internal team meetings.
• Contribute to internal marketing initiatives, tools, events, trend treks, etc.
• Organization & Project Coordination
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Keep project materials, presentations, competitive products, samples, and research organized and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal partners and vendors as needed to ensure projects stay on track.
• Support the Marketing team with day-to-day coordination and special projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion, Beauty, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, beauty, fragrance, consumer products, retail, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the beauty, fragrance, personal care, home fragrance, and/or consumer products landscape.
• Brand and product savvy with a genuine curiosity about what is new, next, and culturally relevant.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, social media, retail, and emerging cultural movements.
• Exceptional research, writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn research and data into clear, compelling insights.
• Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
• Strong visual sensibility and an eye for presentation, design, and aesthetics.
• Comfortable navigating existing and emerging social media platforms and digital trend resources.
• Passion for fragrance, beauty, brands, retail, and consumer culture.
