We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join a collaborative, established professional services organization in Somerville, NJ . This is a hands-on position for someone who can manage proposals and RFPs, create polished marketing materials, support digital and social media efforts, and keep multiple projects moving at once. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an ASAP start . Flexible daily hours Hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day per week Mondays are mandatory in-office days Office located in Somerville, NJ Salary: $68,000–$78,000 , based on experience What You’ll Be Doing Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, Statements of Qualifications, RFPs and RFQs , ensuring materials are accurate, polished, compliant and submitted on time. Coordinate information and materials from internal leadership, consultants and external partners. Develop and update presentations, proposal materials, resumes, sell sheets, advertisements and other branded marketing collateral. Support interview and presentation preparation, including handouts and leave-behind materials. Maintain a consistent brand voice across marketing channels, including the company website and social media. Create and manage content with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn . Maintain marketing databases, pipeline reports, client mailing lists and outreach initiatives. Coordinate with outside vendors for website projects, photography, trade shows and promotional materials. Manage registrations and logistics for conferences, seminars, industry events and other marketing initiatives. Maintain relationships with outside professional partners involved in proposal opportunities. Help identify new business and prequalification opportunities. Provide occasional administrative support when needed. Qualified candidates should have: Associate’s degree OR high school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant marketing experience Professional experience preparing proposals, RFPs/RFQs, presentations or similar business-development materials Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong understanding of branding, marketing collateral and social media Excellent writing, communication and proofreading skills Strong attention to detail and deadline management Ability to prioritize independently in a fast-paced environment WordPress experience is a plus Experience within architecture, engineering, construction or another professional-services environment is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr Spherion Staffing New Jersey
