Technical Support Supervisor

Overseeing multiple teams of Technical Support Specialists and Engineers, the full-time Supervisor, Technical Support will provide advanced technical support for products and infrastructure while serving as an escalation point for complex issues in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance on complex issues related to Vultr products and services Act as an incident owner for platform-level alerts, performing advanced troubleshooting and coordinating resolution efforts Lead complex incident analysis and develop recommendations to prevent recurrence of platform-level issues Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in enterprise technical support or a similar advanced support role (3+ years) with significant leadership experience Strong experience working with Linux systems and advanced command-line troubleshooting Proven ability to manage multiple teams and drive strategic initiatives Solid understanding of troubleshooting methodologies applicable to complex technical issues Experience supporting enterprise customer environments in an infrastructure-as-a-service or cloud-based context
