Light Duty Diesel Technician | Up to $60/hr Flat Rate

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $50–$60 per hour 
Pay Type: Flat Rate Pay
Earning Potential: Up to $120,000+ annually based on productivity

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Light Duty Diesel Technician to join a high-volume independent repair shop in Fort Worth, TX. If you have a strong background working on Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax diesel trucks and enjoy diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles, this is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, team-oriented environment that values quality workmanship and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair light-duty diesel trucks, including Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax platforms.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with detailed documentation and repair recommendations.
• Utilize Tekmetric shop management software to document repairs and manage workflow.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship while meeting productivity goals.
• Work collaboratively with advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional light-duty diesel repair experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax diesel engines.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing repairs from diagnosis through completion.
• Familiarity with Tekmetric and Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) systems is preferred.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to producing quality repairs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary of $50–$60 per hour , based on experience.
• Weekly pay with direct deposit every Tuesday.
