Tammy Johnson State farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Manager Assistant. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. We are looking for someone to help our business grow. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members or helping them understand their insurance.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming Insurance inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options and make the offer.
- Answer the phones
- Get the mail
- Build Relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Offer Life, Auto and Home insurance products to people that call in
- Explain Billing and take Payments
- Help keep office clean and organized
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Insurance Licensed Property and Casualty and Life or be willing to obtain
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
