Transactions and Operations Manager (On-site)

Salary: Up to $130,000 + Performance Bonuses

• We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a Transaction & Operations Manager to take full ownership of deal execution across wholesale transactions, fix-and-flip projects, and refinances.
• This is not a traditional transaction coordinator role.

• You’ll manage multiple active transactions simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between sellers, buyers, lenders, title, contractors, and leadership.
• What You’ll Own
• Transaction Execution

Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing (wholesale, fix-and-flip, refinance)

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and on schedule
• Track contingencies, deadlines, and closing timelines with precision
• Act as the primary point of contact between all parties involved
• Seller Communication
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with distressed sellersHandle sensitive conversations, objections, and escalations with confidence
• Maintain momentum through consistent follow-up and clear expectations

Fix-and-Flip Operations

• Oversee project timelines from acquisition through renovation and resale
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers
• Monitor progress, flag risks early, and keep leadership informed
• Refinance Coordination
• Manage refinance processes from documentation to closing
• Liaise with lenders, appraisers, and title
• Ensure all conditions are met efficiently and on time
• Operations & Reporting
• Maintain clean, organized CRM and digital files
• Report on deal status, pipeline health, and project progress
• Identify and improve processes to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or investment operations (preferred)
• Strong understanding of wholesale deals, fix-and-flip projects, and refinances
• Experience working with distressed sellers or high-pressure client situations preferred
• Exceptional organization, follow through, and communication skillsCalm, solutions-oriented mindset when problems arise
