Automotive Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and grow market share for our luxury brand.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing personalized service that reflects the prestige of Jaguar Land Rover.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and product knowledge to ensure the dealership maintains a competitive edge in the luxury automotive market.

- Proven experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury or high-end brands.

- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, customer relationship management, and market trends.

Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- CDK experience preferred
- Automotive Sales Management experience required
- Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in state of residence
- A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
- Clear pre-employment drug screen
