Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be working in high-paced environments, providing exceptional care to patients across multiple units. This position requires flexibility and the willingness to float between different units and facilities as needed.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in acute care settings.Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6.Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and care implementation.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.Provide education and support to patients and their families.Meet the requirements for floating to various units as needed.Qualifications:Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required.Licenses: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Alabama or a compact license.
