A fast-growing, industry-leading organization is seeking a driven Product Sales Manager to expand market share and accelerate revenue growth within a specialized product portfolio. This role is ideal for a high-activity sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building pipelines, and converting opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

The position focuses on developing new business, strengthening existing accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives across a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert a high volume of outbound and inbound sales opportunities to build a strong, consistent pipeline
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive revenue growth and increase product adoption
• Build lasting relationships with customers through consistent communication, site visits, and solution-based selling
• Track sales activity, pipeline performance, and market trends using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of outbound prospecting or sales experience in a high-activity environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with customers
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, virtual meeting platforms)
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and meet performance metrics

Location: Scottsdale, AZ - Onsite M-F

Salary: $55K base + uncapped commission (guaranteed $16K in first 6 months). + Full Benefits
